Curriculum License Agreement

Please review the following License Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Wildwood Way Curriculum: All Seasons for schools, camps, or any other organized programs. It outlines how the materials may be used, shared, and adapted. By continuing, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Thank you and we hope the use of our curriculum can help connect more children to nature!

Wildwood Forest School's Wildwood Way Curriculum (any and all seasons)

By completing this purchase, the buyer ("Licensee") agrees to the following terms set forth by [Your Business Name] ("Licensor").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the purchased curriculum materials ("the Curriculum") within the scope of the license tier selected at the time of purchase. License tiers are defined by enrolled student count as follows:

Personal/Family Use — Up to 5 students, single household only
Micro Program — Up to 25 enrolled students, single organization
Small Program — Up to 65 enrolled students, single organization
Medium Program — Up to 125 enrolled students, single organization
Larger Program — Custom agreement required; contact wildwoodschoolutah@gmail.com

2. PERMITTED USES

The Licensee may:

Download and store the Curriculum for internal use
Print copies of the Curriculum for use within the licensed student count
Use the Curriculum across multiple classrooms or program locations within the same organization, provided total enrolled students do not exceed the licensed tier
Reference and adapt lesson content for classroom or program instruction

3. PROHIBITED USES

The Licensee may not:

Share, distribute, or transmit the Curriculum to individuals or organizations outside the licensed organization
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Curriculum or any portion of it to a third party
Post the Curriculum or any portion of it publicly online
Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the materials
Use the Curriculum in a competing commercial curriculum product
Claim authorship or ownership of the Curriculum or any portion of it

4. EDITION SCOPE

This license covers the edition of the Curriculum available at the time of purchase. Future updated editions or new supplemental materials released by Wildwood Forest School are not included in this license and may be purchased separately. Existing licensees will be offered updated editions at a discounted upgrade price.

5. TIER UPGRADES

If the Licensee's enrolled student count grows beyond the purchased tier, the Licensee agrees to upgrade their license to the appropriate tier. Upgrades are available by contacting wildwoodschoolutah@gmail.com. The Licensee will be invoiced for the difference between their current tier and the new tier.

6. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All content within the Curriculum, including text, activities, lesson plans, illustrations, and supporting materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Wildwood Forest School. Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of any kind.

7. DISCLAIMER

The Curriculum is provided as-is. Wildwood Forest School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding outcomes, results, or fitness for any particular educational purpose. Wildwood Forest School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Curriculum.

8. AGREEMENT

By completing purchase of this license, the Licensee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No physical signature is required. This constitutes a binding agreement under applicable US digital commerce law.
