Whether you're a parent, teacher, or caregiver, this guide offers simple, meaningful ways to weave nature into your child's daily rhythm.
 
Inside, you'll find 120 playful, seasonal lessons on topics like glaciers, solstices and equinoxes, mushrooms, animal tracks, sagebrush, woodpeckers, and more. Lessons are geared toward ages 3 to 8, but can be easily adapted for children outside that range. Each lesson includes:
